We never forget that it is your wedding - We listen before we suggest. Our level of involvement is determined by you-you always remain in control. We offer a full range of services, from hourly consultation to full coordination, we offer a complimentary initial consultation and work with all budgets. We are happy to do as little or as much as you want.

Just for the Day - We will meet 4-6 weeks prior to the event to review the timeline, responsibilities, and expectations we outlined at our initial meeting. We will be at your ceremony rehearsal, ceremony and reception to make sure that everything runs smoothly. If you have your whole event planned, but you need someone to coordinate the details on the day of your event, this is the package for you!

This package relieves you, family members and friend from the responsibility of coordinating with all the vendors and participants on the day of your wedding/event. Instead of being distracted by details, you and your guests will be able to sit back and enjoy your event!

Consultation Services – This is a service, which can be useful if you intend us to coordinate your event. We provide guidance initially in Planning and gathering referrals, organizing information and working out logistics or any other issues that may arise. Our level of involvement is determined by you- you always remain in control. You can be sure that the planning will be thorough, all vendors will be reliable and your budget will be met with the very best resources.

Wedding Card Distribution Service – We understand that city living has become very busy and distributing invitation cards to people spread across the city (and at times outside the city of your dwelling) can be very time consuming. Hence, to save you the trouble and your invaluable time we will take the responsibility of distributing the invitation cards to your invitees. We will also follow up the R.S.V.P. so that we will know exactly how many guests will actually turn up for the event. Our delegates will help you to distribute the cards to the target people on time. We use creative ideas from designing an invitation card to distributing them.
